I loved the fact that the owners of the Riad were always nice to us, the tea is the best tea that we tasted in marrakech. It is near to everything and we really very well there. We loved the Riad and we are planning on going again to marrakech and we will stay there again. Italian ladies from the Riad( Sorry I don't remember your names we really loved staying on your Riad, kisses from Mario and Margarida)

The staff were extremely friendly, and welcoming. The riad was located close to the action of Marrakesh, yet far enough away to make it peaceful and relaxing.

We were made to feel very welcome and given great info about Marrakech. Excellent location, an easy walk to Djemaa El Fna and the Souks.
Be prepared to pay someone to help you find the riad upon arrival, but in our experience this will happen with most riads in the Medinas of Morocco.

Nice and friendly staff. Valeria has been very helpful trying to make everything smooth and easy. Clean and cozy room.
The room door needs a little maintenance....impossible to lock from the inside. In the bathroom the lack of an electric plug and a light over the mirror on the sink is rather uncomfortable.

Excellent location close to everything there is to visit inside the Medina. Plenty of restaurants around, cheaper shops and friendlier locals. The riad manager is quite helpful.
Wifi doesn't work like publicized on booking website, with my iPad I could only get it on ground floor (not in the room). On booking website is also mentioned a restaurant and a bar service which in fact only work when the manager is around. To have a meal you need to reserve well in advance. We had bad experience ordering a meal at 11am for 2pm. When the time came we had to go out to have lunch because nothing was even started. Tea is not free as is stated on booking website. The riad website is much more faithful to what you find than booking website.

Valeria is the best host you can imagin.
Valeria is a great host. She even got up at 6 am to serve us breakfast because we had a flight early in the morning. She was very helpful with all the information about museums, shopping or dining Marrakech. Nice and very clean room. Superb breakfast. A wonderful stay.

Great place to stay! After a busy day in the Medina and the Souks, you can relax in the quietness of this laid-back riad. Thanks Amaia for your hospitality.

The location as described on the site is deceiving. It is in very narrow street where you would fear for yourself if coming back from a dinner outside. No one is ever there to answer any questions. The breakfast was very poor.
